Dr. Robert Knapick is an internationally renowned author, counselor, speaker, program developer, videographer and outdoor adventurer in the fields of self-development, spiritual growth. He utilizes cognitive behavioral techniques to provide solutions to personal problems and stress. Techniques include exposure therapy, relaxation, goal setting and spiritual balance. Over the four decades of his career, he wrote numerous articles and treatment programs. He created many audio and video programs, and appeared presented numerous talks on mental health. He has numerous accomplishments in the field of Scuba Diving to include an award winning television show on ocean conservation, over 7,000 dives, instructing over 2,000 students and much more. His experience allows him to balance his life between his mental health career and his passion for ocean conservation.

Who are we? We are unique, genuine human beings with unlimited potential. I believe we have a choice to be happy or to be sad. If you choose to be sad, depressed and lost, continue on your journey to depression. If you choose to be happy, you need to take a deep breath and change your attitude and your life. The road to happiness requires a commitment. You will need to learn how to rewire your brain to think in a positive manner. This will be a change in thought, behavior, routine and consciousness. The choice is up to you, Be Happy or Be Sad.
If you choose to be sad, I wish you the best luck. But, if you choose happiness, it is time to get to work. This will require a you to make life changing decisions and get in control of your thoughts, behaviors and actions. My goal is to provide you with the steps to rewire your brain to change from negativity to being positive.
I have been on my personal journey since the 1970’s and continue to improve my self perceptions. I tell everyone that I am the most hansom, successful, productive and attractive Robert Knapick in the world. But, I am a horrible Kevin Costner. The point being… it’s not difficult being yourself, but you will fail is you try to be someone else in life.
